Single-storey timber-frame bungalow with habitable attic space. The structure comprises loadbearing timber-frame external and internal walls supporting a pitched roof construction forming the attic accommodation. Lateral stability is provided by timber-frame racking walls, with wind loads transferred through the superstructure to the foundations. The design was carried out in accordance with UK Building Regulations and relevant Eurocodes.
