Project Description
Multi-unit residential development comprising a series of two- and three-storey terraced dwellings constructed using loadbearing timber-frame construction. The structural system consists of timber-frame external and internal walls supporting intermediate floors and roof structures, with lateral stability provided by timber-frame racking walls. Vertical and horizontal loads are transferred through the superstructure to the foundations. The design was undertaken in accordance with UK Building Regulations and relevant Eurocodes.
